SUBJECT TO COMMISSION APPROVAL In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kristine Raper and Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Monday, June 12, 2017. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Brandon Karpen's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Falls Water Company, Inc. for Authorization to Build a New Water Source, and Access to the Special Plant Reserve Account, Case No. FLS-W-17-01. 3. Daphne Huang's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power's Application to Approve Amendments to Its Energy Sales Agreement for the Mt. Home Solar 1, LLC Project, Case No. IPC-E-17-09. 4. Grace Seaman's June 06, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone Broadband Services LLC's 2016 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application; Case No. CTB-T-17-01. 5. Grace Seaman's June 06, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone Cooperative, Inc.'s 2016 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application; Case No. CUS-T-17-01. 6. Grace Seaman's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Potlatch Telephone Company dba TDS Telecom's 2016 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application; Case No. POT-T-17-01. 7. Grace Seaman's June 05, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC's Application for Approval on an Interconnection Agreement with Comcast Phone of Idaho, LLC; Case No. QWE-T-17-01. 8. Johnathan Farley's June 07, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Eric Conrad v. Intermountain Gas Company; Case No. INT-G-16-01. There were no questions and Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendations for items 2 through 8 on the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 9. Deliberation re: Intermountain Gas Company's Petition for Reconsideration, Case No. INT-G-16-02. [Attorneys, Karl Klein/Sean Costello] Commissioner Kjellander announced that item 9 would be deliberated privately.
