On March 6, 2000, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn. Pursuant to the Commission’s Procedural Rule 67, a party’s request to withdraw its pleading is effective on 14-days’ notice. This matter was presented to the Commission at its March 13, 2000 decision meeting. Consequently, O1 Communication’s Application for a CPCN is considered withdrawn and no further action is necessary.
