TELEPHONE, INc. AND CLOSURE OF CASE NO. NWT-03-
On November 17, 2003 , Northwest Telephone, Inc. (NT!) submitted an application for a
. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide private line and inter-exchange
service in Idaho. The application was assigned Case No. NWT-03-
Staff contacted NTI to clarify the purposes for which a Certificate had been requested and
explain that a Certificate was not required for private line and inter-exchange service identified
in the application. On December 10, 2003 , the Company notified the Commission it wished to
withdraw its application for a Certificate. As no Commission action is required, Case No.
NWT -03-1 can be closed.
Please use this memorandum to document closure of this case. If I can provide any
