Dear Ms. Jewell:
The purpose of the original and three (3) copies of this letter is to advise the
Commission that Network PTS, Inc. is hereby requesting the immediate withdrawal of
its tariff, Idaho Price List No. I. Registration was originally accepted for filing on May
2005.
The Company does not have any customers in Idaho and has ceased its operations for
telecommunications in the state.
Please acknowledge receipt ofthis filing by date stamping the extra copy of this cover
letter and returning it to me in the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided for that
purpose.
