NOTICE OF APPLICATION YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Native is a corporation organized in the State of Washington and lists its main business address as Wenatchee,Washington.Application at 1. Idaho’s Secretary of State certified that Native was authorized to transact business in Idaho as of December 27,2016.Id.,Exhibit A at 7.Native lists CT Corporation,921 S.Orchard Street. Suite G,Boise,Idaho 83705,as its registered agent in Idaho.Id.at 2. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Native is seeking authority to be a wholesale provider of telecommunications service in the State of Idaho. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Native is in the process of negotiating an interconnection agreement [with]Frontier Communications.”Id.at 2. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Native “agrees to comply with rules applicable to competitive wholesale providers of local telecommunications services.”Id.at 3. Also,Native agrees It will be subject to numbering conservation measures,including mandatory one thousand block pooling,donation back to the pool of unused or underutilized thousand number blocks,and submission of applicable utilization/forecast reports at the one thousand block level for each rate center within its service territory.”Id.at 3. NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter and will proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 through 204 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission/s Rules NOTICE OF APPLICATION NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE ORDER NO.33795 of Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01.201 through .204.The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and participation.
