On January 21,2020,EarthLink Business,LLC ("Company")notified the Commission
that the Company changed its name to Windstream New Edge,LLC.The Company provides local
exchange and interexchangetelecommunications services within Idaho under Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN")No.507.The Company has asked the Commission to
update the CPCN to reflect the Company's new name.With this Order,we grant the Company's
request.
BACKGROUND
On July 20,2012,the Commission issued CPCN No.507 to New Edge Network dba
EarthLink Business,LLC.On March 12,2014,the Company notified the Commission that it had
changed its name from New Edge Networks dba EarthLink Business,LLC to EarthLink Business,
LLC.On April 8,2014,the Commission issued First Amended Certificate No.507.
The Company has now notified the Commission that it changed its name to
Windstream New Edge,LLC.The Company filed a copy of the Amendment of Foreign
Registration Statement with the Idaho Secretary of State's office on September 23,2019.A
Certificate of Amendment was issued by the Idaho Secretary of State on September 23,2019.Staff
reviewed the Company's Application and supporting documentation and recommended that the
Commission amend Certificate No.507 to reflect the name change to Windstream New Edge,
LLC.
FINDINGS
Based on our review of the Company's filing and Staff's recommendation,the
Commission finds it appropriate to amend Certificate No.507 to reflect that the Company has
changed its name to Windstream New Edge,LLC.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate No.507 is amended to reflect that the
Certificate holder's name is Windstream New Edge,LLC.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order regardingany matter
decided in this Order in Case No.NEN-T-l l-01.Within seven (7)days after any person has
petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho
Code §§61-626 and 62-619.
