In July 2012,the Commission issued Order No.32596 granting New Edge Network
dba Earthlink Business a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local
exchange and intercxchange telecommunications services in Idaho.In August 2012,Certificate
No.507 was issued to Earthlink Business.
On March 12.2014.Earthlink notified the Commission that it had changed the name
under which it does business from New Edge Network dba Earthlink Business to Earthlink
Business,LLC.Earthlink provided an Idaho Certificate of Authority from the Idaho Secretary of
State’s office.
Based on its review of the Application,the Commission finds it appropriate to amend
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.507 to reflect the change from New Edge
Network dba Earthlink Business to Earthlink Business,LLC.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
No.507 is amended to reflect the name change from New Edge Network dba Earthlink Business
to Earthlink Business,LLC.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order in Case No.NEN-T-1 1-01.Within seven (7)days after any person
has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See
Idaho Code §6 1-626 and 62-619.
