On May 22,2001,QuantumShift Communications,Inc.f/k/a MVX.COM

No.366.More specifically,QuantumShift requests that the Commission amend this Certificate
to reflect that MVX.COM Communications has changed its name to QuantumShift

On November 1,2000,the Companies received an amended Certificate of Authority
