ADVICE ID-02-09 TO INTRODUCE NEW FEATURE PACKAGES Citizens Telecommunications Company d/b/a Frontier Communications of Idaho, Inc. filed this tariff advice to introduce two new optional feature packages for its local exchange customers. "Frontier Feature5 Pack" provides Caller ID Name and Number and one of four Call Forward features plus the customer's choice of three of the following: Call Waiting, *66 Busy Redial, *69 Call Return, 3-way conferencing, hunting or Speed Call 8. This package will be made available for $11.95 per month. "Optional Frontier Feature5 Pack Basic Voice Mail" provides the same features as the Feature5 Pack plus Basic Voice Mail.
