On November 28,2011,My Tel Co.,Inc.requested that its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)No.469 issued by the Commission on July 26,2007,be
cancelled.My Tel stated it has ceased all operations in Idaho on October 31,2011.In its Decision
Meeting on December 21,2011,the Commission approved My Tel’s request for cancellation of
Certificate No.469.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In October 2006,My Tel Co.,Inc.filed an Application for a CPCN to provide local
exchange and interexchange services in Idaho.In July 2007,the Commission granted My Tel’s
Application for a CPCN.Order No.30393.
On November 28,2011,My Tel requested cancellation ofits Certificate and stated that it
ceased all operations in Idaho on October 31,2011.Staff recommended the Commission cancel
Certificate No.469 and remove the Company’s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that My Tel Co.,Inc.’s request for cancellation ofCertificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity No.469 is granted.Certificate No.469 is no longer in effect,
and My Tel Co.,Inc.is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of
Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §§61-619
and 61-626.
