YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on October 3, 2006, My Tel Co, Inc. filed an
Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local and
interexchange telecommunications services to residential and small business customers within
the State of Idaho. The Application states the Company does not own and does not plan to build
its own facilities, but rather plans to resell telecommunications services utilizing the underlying
network of its affiliate s network. Affiliate is a competitive local exchange carrier in the State of
Idaho and operates utilizing Qwest's network. My Tel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cordia
Corporation.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that My Tel has a Certificate of Incorporation
from the State of New York dated June 13 , 2002 and a Certificate of Authority from the State of
Idaho dated September 5 , 2006. The Company s principal place of business is in White Plains
New York. My Tel has provided financial information and the appropriate contact information
for its registered agent for service of process within Idaho.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the
public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter and will proceed under Modified
Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 through 204 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission s Rules
of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.201-204. The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and
written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and
participation.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person desiring to state a position on this
Application may file a written comment in support or opposition with the Commission within

twenty-one (21) days from the service date of this Notice. The comment must contain a
statement of reasons supporting the comment. Persons desiring a hearing must specifically

pursuant to the Commission s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the
Commission may enter any final order consistent with its authority under Title 61.

services within the State of Idaho be processed by Modified Procedure, IDAP A 31.01.01.201-
.204. Persons interested in submitting written comments in this matter must do so no later than
21 days from the service date ofthis Order.
