Dear Ms. Jewell:
My Tel Co, Inc. (ffMTC") and its affiliate Cordia Communications Corp. (ffCCC") filed a notice with the Board on or
about July 18, 2011, advising the Board of the pending asset purchase, dated July 19, 2011 between MTC, CCC,
and Birch Communications. Subsequent to the aforementioned notice, the Board issued Order 32365, in Case
CRD-T-06-01 cancellng CCC's its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (ffCPCN"). A similar order has
not been issued in Case MTC-T-06-01 in which MTC's CPCN was issued.
MTC ceased operating as a competitive local exchange and interexchange carrier in the State of Idaho on or
about October 13, 2011. Therefore, MTC requests that the Board issue an order cancellng its CPCN and any
tariffs that may be on file with the Board, effective December 31, 2011.
