Withdrawal of Competitive Access Provider Services Tariff No. 3
Dear Ms. Noriyuki:

Effective July 1, 2023, MetTel ceased billing for Switched Access services. Rate reductions,
mandated by the FCC over the last number of years, have reduced switched access rates to a
level where it is no longer economical to continue billing for these services. Calls originating
from and terminating to MetTel end users will continue to be completed normally by the
underlying ILEC from whom MetTel purchases end user lines.

Consequently, MetTel respectfully requests withdrawal of Intrastate Carrier Access Tariff No. 3
in its entirety.
