SUBJECT: MOBILITIE MANAGEMENT, LLC, CASE NO. MOB-T-16-01
On April 7,2016, Mobilitie Management, LLC filed an Application for a Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide limited facilities-based and interexchange
telecommunications services in ldaho. On June 9,2016, Mobilitie requested that its Application
be withdrawn and the case closed, and stated the Company would submit an application
registering as a wholesale provider in Idaho. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
