requests the withdrawal of its Application for a ceftificate of Public Convenience and Necessity filed
with the Commission on April 7 ,20t6 (Docket No. MOB-T-16-01) ('ApplicationJ.
Mobilitie Management is requesting the withdrawal of its Application at the request of the
Commission and anticipates registering as a wholesale provider in ldaho. Accordingly, Mobilitie
Management does not need a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate in Idaho at
this time.
