On September 26,2014,Mobilitie.LLC filed an Application with the Commission,
pursuant to Procedural Order No.32277 and IDAPA 31.01.01.114,for registration or
certification as a wholesale provider of telecommunications service in the State of Idaho,

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Mobilitie is a Nevada limited liability
company and lists its principal place of business as Newport Beach,California.In June 2014,
Idaho’s Secretary of State certified that Mobilitie’s authorization to transact business in Idaho,
issued upon its August 2010 request,was still active.Mobilitie lists CT Corporation System,
921 S.Orchard Street,Suite G,Boise,Idaho 83705,as its registered agent in Idaho.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Mobilitie is seeking authority to be a
wholesale provider of telecommunications service in the State of Idaho.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Mobilitie has not yet initiated interconnection
negotiations but intends to do so as necessary and upon being granted authority by the
Commission.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Mobilitie agrees to comply with all Idaho
laws and Commission rules and regulations and is committed to numbering conservation
measures including mandatory one thousand (1,000)block pooling.
NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the
public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter and will proceed under Modified
Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 through 204 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission’s Rules
of Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01.201 through .204.The Commission notes that Modified

Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input
and participation.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person desiring to state a position on this
Application may file a written comment in support or opposition with the Commission within
twenty-one (21)days from the service date of this Notice.The comment must contain a
statement of reasons supporting the comment.Persons desiring a hearing must specifically
request a hearing in their written comments.Written comments concerning this Application

pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 62 of the Idaho Code and specifically
Idaho Code §62-604 and 62-615.The Commission may enter any final Order consistent with
its authority under Title 62 and Commission Rule of Procedure 114,IDAPA 31.01.01.114.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be
conducted pursuant to the Commissions Rules of Procedure,IDAPA 31.01.01.000 ci seq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Application be processed under Modified
Procedure.IDAPA 31.01.01.201 -.204.Persons interested in submitting written comments or
protesting the use of Modified Procedure must do so no later than 21 days from the service date
of this Order.
