RE: Momentum Telecom,Inc. Request to Cancel Cerfficate
Dear Ms. Hainan:
Pursuant to Rule 20, of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules,l Momentum
Telecom, Inc. ("Momentum"), through undersigned counsel, hereby requests that the
Commission cancel its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") issued in
Case No. MNT-T-08-02.2
Momentum attests that it is no longer providing any telecommunications services in
Idaho, and has no telecommunications customers in Idaho.3 Thus, there will be no adverse
impact on any consumer in Idaho. In light of the fact that Momentum has ceased
telecommunications service operations in Idaho, Momentum requests that the Commission
cancel its CPCN effective immediately.
Questions or inquiries regarding this request may be directed to the undersigned. An
extra copy of this notice is enclosed for stamp and return purposes. Please date-stamp and return
in the self-addressed envelope included with this filing.

'On May l2,2OOg, in in Case No. MNT-T-08-02, the Commission issued Momentum
Certificate No. 482 to provide local exchange and interexchange services in the State of Idaho.
3 Since Momentum has ceased operations in Idaho, it does not have any customers to notifu
regarding the cancellation of its authority to provide telecommunications services in Idaho. See
r.c.$ 62-6t2.
