PETITION TO WITHDRAW APPLICATION
COMES NOW Momentu Telecom, Inc. ("Momentum"), by its undersigned attorneys
and pursuant to IDAP A 31.01.01.256.02, petitions the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission") to withdraw the Application it filed in the above captioned matter. After fuer
review, Momentu determined that its business plan requires a more robust application filing
and therefore seeks to withdraw the one in the instant case. Momentu wil file a new
application seeking cerification in the near futue.
WHEREFORE, Momentu respectfully requests that the Commission grant this Petition.
