IN THE MATTER OF NOTICE BY MILLENNIUM
NETWORKS, LLC TO THE COMMISSION OF THE
ASSETS ACQUISITION OF CTC TELECOM, INC.
Case No. MNL-T-23-01
Millennium Networks, LLC a Wyoming limited liability company, dba Silver Star Communications
("Millennium'! or the "Company") hereby notifies the Commission of its acquisition of certain assets of
CTC Telecom, Inc. ("CTC") within the County of Ada, State of Idaho.
Millennium is authorized to do business within the State of Idaho and has offices located at
503 Woodruff Avenue, Idaho Falls and in Driggs, Idaho, and will maintain an office at 1000 South
Industry Way, Meridian, Idaho. Millennium is a competitive telecommunications company that offers
basic local exchange service in Idaho and was granted Certificate No. 494 to provide local exchange
telecommunications services in Idaho pursuant to Order No. 31027 in Case No. MNL-T-09-01.
Pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated effective April 19, 2023, Millennium
has acquired substantially all of the assets within Ada County owned by CTC Telecom, Inc. (the
"Transaction"). CTC is a competitive telecommunications company that offers basic local
exchange telecommunications services in Idaho pursuant to Order No. 28059 in Case No. CTL-T-
99-1. Under the terms of the Transaction, acquired CTC assets by Millennium include, but are
not limited to, telecommunications equipment and facilities, certain customer and vendor
contracts and certain other rights and agreements between CTC and third parties or
government agencies (the "Transaction").

Millennium intends to offer local exchange telecommunications services in the Ada County
area and intends to compete with other competitive providers in the area, and, pursuant to its
existing CPCN, may provide basic local exchange services in all areas within the State of Idaho
currently, or that become, open to competition. It is, therefore, not seeking an amendment to its
CPCN but is simply providing the Commission with notice of the service provider transition.
