It is hereby certificated that the public convenience and necessity
requires, and will require, Mud Lake Telephone cooperative Association, Inc., its
successors and assigns, to own, hold, construct or otherwise acquire and to
maintain and operate facilities for telephone service to the inhabitants of the
area set forth and described below and to exercise the rights and privileges that
have been , or may hereafter be, issued to Mud Lake Telephone cooperative
Association, Inc., its successors and assigns , by any city or village , or by any
county, or by any the State of Idaho, or by any political subdivision thereof in the
area set forth below. The certificate covers certain territories in Clark and
Jefferson Counties, Idaho more particularly described as:
All of Clark County, except T8N, R31E , Sections 19 through
36 and T8N, R30E , Sections 24, 25 , and 26 , plus the following
described portion of Jefferson County:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Section 1, T8N, R36E;
then south to the northeast corner of Section 1, T7N, R36E;
then east to the northeast corner of Section 4, T7N, R38E;
then south to the southeast corner of Section 21 T6N , R38E;then west to the southeast corner of Section 24 T6N, R37E;
then north to the northeast corner of Section 24 , T6N, R37E;
