Staff’s Motion to Dismiss Petitions
Dear ****,
Attached is the Staff’s Motion to Dismiss the Petitions received from residents of Yellow Pine, Warren and Warm Springs for Extended Area Service (EAS) between Yellow Pine, Warren And Warm Springs, McCall And Cascade. I have also enclosed a copy of the Commission’s procedural rules.
Pursuant to Commission rules, if you want to oppose, support or merely comment on the Staff’s Motion, you must file your written response (called an “answer”) with the Commission by mail within fourteen (14) days after service of the Staff’s Motion. (see Rule 57(3)) You cannot respond by phoning the Commission. Such conversations are not part of the Commission record and will not be considered. If you choose to file an answer, you should submit it on “white 8" by 11" paper copied on one side only.” (Rule 62) Your answer should include the case caption, case number and title of the document. You should include your name, mailing address on the upper left corner of the first page, mailing and street address, and telephone and FAX number of the person filing the document or the person to whom questions about the document can be directed. The following is an example of what is required:

ANSWER TO STAFF MOTION TO DISMISS PETITIONS FOR EAS
