Washington PO Box 83720 Boise ID 83720-0074 Dear Grace, RE: Broadband Investment Tax Credit - Midvale Telephone Exchange for years 2006 - 2007. I have attached our filing for the Broadband Investment Tax Credit for 2006 and 2007. We have invested a total of $277,466 for the year ended December 31,2006, and $634,226 for the year ended December 31,2007. i have attached a detailed report of our investments. These asses were operational in 2006 and 2007 respectfully. Please let me know if you have any questions relating to the information I have submitted. You recently directed me to the Idaho Statutes to research the time limit on making a request for broadband credits. I could not find any clause that addressed a time limit. If there is indeed one, and we have surpassed that limit, please let me know. Sincerely,/k~ Ann E.
