AMENDMENT TO
ORDER NO.  28887
On October 31, 2001, the Commission issued Order No. 28887 approving authority for Midvale Telephone Exchange, Inc. (Midvale) to execute a loan contract amendment and loan supplemental mortgage with the Rural Utilities Service. Midvale identified the loan amount as $5,692,309, and the Commission in its Order approved the loan in that amount. Midvale notified the Commission on March 28, 2002 that the actual loan amount is $5,695,000, and asked the Commission to issue an amendment to Order changing the loan amount to $5,695,000.
Based on the request of Midvale, the Commission approves an amendment to Order No. 28887 changing the loan amount approved in that Order from $5,692,309 to $5,695,000. The Commission finds that Order No. 28887 may be amended at Midvale’s request without further proceedings because the difference between the correct loan amount and the loan amount approved in the Order is not material.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Order No. 28887 is amended to change the amount of the loan approved by the Commission from $5,692,309 to $5,695,000.
