Lane Williams, President of Midvale Telephone Exchange, Inc. hereby announces that Mr. Steve
Child has joined Midvale as Corporate Executive Officer as of July 1 , 2008. Steve will assume

Idaho for the past ten years and brings experience in management as well as professional training
