MCimetro Access Transmission Services Corp.
Dear Ms. Jewell:
MCimetro Access Transmission Services LLC ("MCI LLC"), a certified local exchange carrier
in Idaho since 1998, hereby respectfully notifies the Idaho Public Utilities Commission of its
corporate structure and name change to MCimetro Access Transmission Services Corp. ("MCI
Corp."). As evidenced by the attached, MCI LLC has completed the process of amending its
qualification documents in Idaho to accomplish this name change, and respectfully requests that
the Commission change the certificate of convenience and necessity held by MCI LLC (CPCN.
No. 337) to reflect the new MCI Corp. name.
This change will have no impact on ~he provision of services to MCI LLC/MCI Corp. 's
customers, nor its management or operations. As the name change is completed, MCI LLC/MCI
Corp. will file revised tariff sheets as appropriate. These tariff changes will not revise the rates,
terms or conditions of any services currently offered.
An original and the requisite number of copies of this notification plus one extra copy are
enclosed. Please acknowledge receipt of this correspondence by date-stamping the extra copy
and returning it to me in the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped envelope.
