IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 337) is issued to MCImetro Access Transmission Service, Inc. (MCImetro) to authorize MCImetro to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved MCImetros Certificate by Order No. 27307 issued January 8, 1998. Order No. 27307 limits the areas in which MCImetro is authorized to provide Title 61 services, as depicted in the map attached to the Certificate as Exhibit A. The Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27307.
