Necessity, Certificate No. 462, is issued to My Choice Communications, Inc. dba MCCI. This
Certificate authorizes MCCI to provide resold and/or facilities-based local exchange services
within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved MCCI's Certificate by Order No. 30112
issued August 16, 2006, and authorized MCCI to provide telecommunications services in the
State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the
Commission in Order No. 30112.
