NECESSITY NO 468 TO REFLECT ITS ASSUMED D/B/A NAME;

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On December 29,2022,Lingo Telecom,LLC d/bla Trinsic Communications d/b/a Excel
Telecommunications d/bla VarTec Telecom d/bla Clear Choice Communications d/bla Lingo
("Company")had its consultant,Inteserra,file an Application requesting the Commission change
the Company's corporate name in all Commission records.Specifically,the Company requested
that the name on the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN")No.468 issued
on May 3,2016,by Order No.33517,in Case No.MAT-T-07-01,be amended to reflect the new
name.On January 27,2023,the Company submitted an amended Application,signed by an
officer of the Company in compliance to the Administrative Rule 43,Representation Of Parties.
The Company is updating its corporate name by adding its assumed name of d/b/a
Bullseye.Thus,the new full name of the Company becomes Lingo Telecom,LLC d/b/a Trinsic
Communications d/b/a Excel Telecommunications d/b/a VarTec Telecom d/bla Clear Choice
Communications d/b/a Lingo d/b/a Bullseye.Staff verified and confirmed that the Company is,
indeed,registered with the Idaho Secretary of State as a Foreign Limited LiabilityCompany.
The Company received the Certificate of Assumed Business Name,reflecting the new name of
Bullseye,from the Idaho Secretary of State on September 19,2022.
