This supplemental letter and included Exhibit are submitted on behalf of Lingo Telecom, LLC
d/b/a Trinsic Communications d/b/a Excel Telecommunications d/b/a VarTec Telecom d/b/a
Clear Communications d/b/a Lingo (“Company”) to notify the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (“Commission”) that the Company is adding the d/b/a Bullseye under which it will
market services within Idaho. The Company was granted a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity (CPCN) No. 468 in Case No MAT-T-07-01.

Attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the Certificate of Assumed Business Name on file with Idaho
Secretary of State.

The Company respectfully requests the Commission to update the Company name in all
Commission records as Lingo Telecom, LLC d/b/a Trinsic Communications d/b/a Excel
Telecommunications d/b/a VarTec Telecom d/b/a Clear Choice Communications d/b/a Lingo
d/b/a Bullseye at the earliest possible date.
