468 to include its new business acquisitions. Matrix requests that its name be changed to Matrix
Telecom, Inc. dba Matrix Business Technologies dba Trinsic Communications.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity is issued to Matrix Telecom, Inc. dba Matrix Business Technologies dba Trinsic
Communications, Certificate No. 468, to provide local exchange and interexchange services
within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved this name change to Certificate No. 468 by
Order No. 30648 in Case No. MAT-07-01.
