IN THE MATTER OF MAGNA5 LLC'S APPLICATION FOR A NAME CHANGE TO RINGSQUARED TELECOM LLC. FOR CERTIFICATE NO. 524; CASE NO. MAG-T-22-01
BACKGROUND
On June 21, 2022, Magna5 LLC ("Magna5" or "Company") filed a request to change its
company name on Certificate No. 524, which was issued in Order No. 34044 of Case No. MAG­
T-17-01.
On October 11, 2022, Magna5 submitted a letter supplement to its application providing
further clarifications on the transaction related to the name change. The new company name will
be RingSquared Telecom LLC. The Company received the Certificate of Amendment Of
Foreign Registration from the Idaho Secretary of State on May 2, 2022.
The Company represents that, from the customer's perspective, other than the new
ownership, it will continue to be a Telecommunications Company providing long-distance and
local exchange services throughout the State of Idaho. The existing management will continue
to oversee the day-to-day affairs of the Company as before since the ownership change occurred
at the parent company level. This transaction was transparent with no adverse impact on Idaho
customers.

Staff has reviewed the Company's Application and the supportive documentation and
verified that the proposed change complies with Commission Order No.34044.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve the Application as filed.
