ORDER NO. 35578

On June 21, 2022, Magna5 LLC (“Magna5” or “Company”) filed a request to change its
company name on Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) No. 524, which was
issued in Case No. MAG-T-17-01, Order No. 34044. On October 11, 2022, Magna5 submitted a
letter supplement to its Application providing further clarifications on the transaction related to the
name change.
The Company stated that the new name would be RingSquared Telecom LLC. The
Company received a Certificate of Amendment of Foreign Registration from the Idaho Secretary
of State on May 2, 2022. The Company represented that, from the customer’s perspective, other
than the new ownership, it would continue to be a telecommunications company providing long-
distance and local exchange services throughout the State of Idaho. The Company represented that
the existing management would continue to oversee the day-to-day affairs of the Company as
before, since the ownership change occurred at the parent company level, and that the transaction
was transparent with no adverse impact on Idaho customers.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the Company’s Application and the supportive documentation and verified
that the proposed change complied with Commission Order No. 34044. Staff recommended that
the Commission approve the Application as filed.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
Based on our review of the Company’s filings and Staff’s recommendation, the
Commission finds it appropriate to amend CPCN No. 524 to reflect that the Company has changed
its name to RingSquared Telecom LLC.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CPCN No. 524 is amended to reflect that the holder’s
name is RingSquared Telecom LLC.

THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order regarding any matter
decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,
any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code §§ 61-626 and 62-619.
