2.36 Customer Complaints and/or Billing Disputes
Customers may contact the Company's representatives 24 hours aday,7 days a week at
866-240-1912 or by writing the Company at 5445 Legacy Dr., Suite 180, Plano, TX
75024.
Any objection to billed charges should be reported within thirty (30) days of the date of
the invoice to the Company. Adjustments to Customers' bills shall be made to the extent
that records are available and/or circumstances exist which reasonably indicate that such
charges are not in accordance with approved rates or that an adjustment may otherwise be
appropriate. A Customer who is unable to resolve a billing dispute with the Company
may request that the Commission intervene in the billing dispute. Customers may contact
