On June 21, 2022, Magna5 LLC filed an Application asking the Commission to amend and
reissue the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) for Magna5 LLC to reflect
that Magna5 LLC has changed its name to RingSquared Telecom LLC.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this First Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity, Certificate No. 524, is issued to Ringsquared Telecom LLC. This Certificate
authorizes Ringsquared Telecom LLC. to provide local and long distance telecommunications
service in Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the
Commission in Order No. 35578.
