Dear Ms. Jewell:
By letter dated August 15, 2013 the Commission was notified of the transfer of assets and customers of
Lightyear Network Solutions, LLC ('Lightyear") to lonex Communications North, Inc. dba Birch
Communications. By subsequent letter dated October 21,2013, the Commission was notified that the
transfer was complete and that a request for cancellation of Lightyear's authorities would be forthcoming.
This letter is therefore submitted to request cancellation of all Lightyear authorities effective no later
than December 31,2013.
