IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No.353, is issued to Level 3 Communications, LLC. This Certificate authorizes Level 3 to provide local exchange and interexchange services within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved Level 3’s Amended Certificate by Order No. 29009 issued April 29, 2002, and authorized Level 3 to provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 29009.
