It is hereby certified that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 343) is issued to LCI International Telecom Corp. (LCI) to authorize LCI to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved LCIs Certificate by Order No. 27585 issued June 18, 1998. Order No. 27585 limits the areas in which LCI is authorized to provide Title 61 services as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27585.
