THE IDAHO TELEPHONE SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ITSAP)
BENEFIT AMOUNT AND TO CHANGE THE LIFELINE ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS.
On June 24,2013,Silver Star Communications (“Silver Star”)submitted a tariff filing to
reduce the ITSAP credit from 53.50 to 52.50 pursuant to Senate Bill 1013,and to change the
federal Lifeline eligibility language to comply with the federal Lifeline andLink Up Reform
Order,issued on February 6,2012.Silver Star requests an expedited effective date for this
filing.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing and recommends Commission approval with an effective
date of July 1,2013.
