Dear Secretary Jewell,
Liberty-Bell Telecom, L.L.C. ("Company") notifies the Idaho Public Utilities Commission that it
is changing its name to dishNET Wircline L.L.C. ("dishNET") At the same time, it will cease
doing business as "DISH Network Phone & Internet." The changes take effect May 21, 2012.
Liberty-Bell Telecom, L.L.C. was granted authority to provide facilities-based and resold local
and interexchange services on Dec. 29, 2010, in Case No. LBT-T-1 0-01. Order No. 32153. If the
Commission issues new certificates, the new name should appear as "dishNET WireJinc I..LC."
This name change is not the result of a corporate reorganization or a change of control. There
will be no change in operations and the transition should he seamless to customers who will
receive notice of the name change.
A copy is enclosed of the certificate of name change from the Idaho Secretary of State's office.
The Company will file a revised tariff reflecting the new name under separate cover.
