oF IDAHO, CASE NO. LAL-T-15-01
On October 30,2015, Local Access, LLC ("Local Access" or "Company") filed an
application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity in order to provide facilities
based local exchange services in Idaho. Application at l. On May 17,2016, the Company filed
a revised Idaho Tariff No. 1. On July 20, 2016, the Company filed a Revised Application.
However, after informal communication with Commission Staff and before public notice of the
Application, the Company did not respond to further inquiries by Commission Staff and the case
remained dormant.
On April 23,2018, I again contacted the Company in order to determine whether it
planned to continue to pursue its CLEC Application in Idaho. The Company's representative,
Kenny Perkins, Sr., Chairman and CEO of RTC Associates, LLC, responded with an email
stating that the Application should be withdrawn.
Due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal, Case No. LAL-T-I5-01 is now moot
and should be closed.
