DECISION MEMORANDUM TO: COMMISSIONER ANDERSON COMMISSIONER HAMMOND COMMISSIONER LODGE COMMISSION SECRETARY LEGAL FROM: JOHAN KALALA-KASANDA MICHAEL DUVAL DATE: JANUARY 2, 2024 RE: IN THE MATTER OF THE NOTICE OF CORPORATE NAME CHANGE OF INTRADO COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, AND THE RESULTING NAME CHANGE ON THE CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO. 407, CASE NO. KMD-T-23-01. BACKGROUND
On November 08, 2023, the Commission received notification from Intrado
Communications, LLC (“Company”) stating it is changing its corporate name to Hypercube
Networks, LLC. The Company represents that, in Idaho, it is authorized to provide local and
interexchange telecommunications services pursuant to the Certificates of Public Convenience
and Necessity (“CPCN”) No. 407 granted in Commission Order No. 29159 of Case No. GNR-T-
01-11. Additionally, as attachments to its notification, the Company provided 1) a replacement
access services tariff, Schedule Idaho PUC No. 4-T, reflecting the new business name; 2) an
Amendment of Registration of Foreign Limited Liability from the Idaho Secretary of State; and
3) a copy of the notice of change in Company corporate name that it provided to its Idaho
customers.
The Company states in its letter that its corporate name change will have no effect on the
rates, terms, or conditions of service offered to customers. The Company requests the
Commission change its corporate name in all Commission records to Hypercube Networks, LLC
and also approve the tariff attached to the application.

STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff examined the Company’s request and determined that this action will simply amend
the Company’s corporate name on the CPCN and update the Company’s records with the
Commission. The requested changes should be accepted.
Staff found that the Idaho Secretary of State’s website acknowledged the Company’s
corporate name change and issued the Certificate of Amendment of Foreign Registration on
September 19, 2023.
The Commission has jurisdiction over the issuance of CPCNs in Idaho. IDAPA
31.01.01.114. Staff confirmed that the Company holds a CPCN Certificate No. 407 issued
pursuant to Commission Order No. 29159 in Case No. GNR-T-01-11. This CPCN certificate
was last amended pursuant to Commission Order No. 34617 in case No. KMD-T-20-01.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve this request.
