ORDER NO. 36087

On November 8, 2023, Intrado Communications, LLC (“Company”) notified the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) that it is changing its name with the Idaho Secretary
of State, to Hypercube Networks, LLC. The Company requested that the Commission update the
Company name in all Commission records including the Company’s Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”).
Commission Staff (“Staff”) reviewed the Company’s filing and supporting documentation
and recommended that the Commission issue an amended CPCN No. 407 to reflect the Company’s
desired name of Hypercube Networks, LLC. Staff verified that the Company received the
Certificate of Amendment of Foreign Registration from the Idaho Secretary of State. Staff also
reviewed the Company’s proposed updated Schedule Idaho PUC NO. 4-T and the Company’s
notice to its customers. After reviewing the record, Staff did not believe that the Company’s
proposed name change would affect its rates, conditions, or other material terms of the Company’s
service to its customers. Accordingly, Staff recommended that the Commission approve the
Company’s request.
COMMISSION DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over CPCNs. Idaho Code § 61-526; IDAPA
31.01.01.114; Order No. 26665. Based on our review of the Company’s filing and Staff’s
recommendation, the Commission finds it appropriate to amend CPCN No. 407 to reflect that the
Company has changed its name to Hypercube Networks, LLC.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CPCN No. 407 shall be amended to reflect the holder’s
name: Hypercube Networks, LLC. An amended CPCN shall be issued to reflect the new name.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order about any matter

decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,
any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
