On March 23, 2020, West Telecom Services, LLC requested to amend Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 407 to reflect that West Telecom Services, LLC has
changed its name to Intrado Communications, LLC.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Third Amended Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity is issued to Intrado Communications, LLC, Certificate No. 407, to
provide local exchange and interexchange services within the State of Idaho. The Commission
approved this name change to Certificate No. 407 by Order No. 34617 in Case No. KMD-T-20-
01.
