On March 23, 2020, West Telecom Services, LLC (“Company”) applied to change the
name on its Second Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Intrado
Communications, LLC. The Company provides resold and facilities-based local exchange and
long-distance telecommunication services in Idaho pursuant to Second Amended Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 407. 1
APPLICATION
The Company notified the Commission it has changed its name to Intrado
Communications, LLC. Application at 1. The Company provided an updated access tariff
reflecting the new name and a Certificate of Amendment of Registration of Foreign Limited
Liability Company from the Idaho Secretary of State. Id. The Company represents the only
changes to its price list are to reflect the name change and other administrative matters. Id.
The Company states it has changed its name as part of a recent rebranding and
marketing campaign by its parent company, Intrado Corporation. Id. The Company asserts the
name change does not “entail any restructuring, merger or other transaction impacting the
corporate existence or management of the Company, and it will not affect the services or rates
provided to customers of the Company.” Id.
COMMISSION DECISION
Based on our review of the Application, we find it reasonable to approve the
Company’s request to change the name on its Second Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity to Intrado Communications, LLC, and to amend Second Amended Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 407 to reflect the new name.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company’s Application is approved. Second
Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 407 will be amended to reflect the
Company has changed its name to Intrado Communications, LLC. Intrado Communications, LLC
will be issued a Third Amended Certificate reflecting the new name.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company’s updated tariffs are approved as filed,
effective on April 1, 2020.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See §§ 61-626 and 62-
619.
