THE IDAHO TELEPHONE SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ITSAP)
CREDIT;ADVICE LETTER 13-01.
On May 31,2013,Potlatch Telephone Company (“Potlatch”)filed Advice Letter 13-01
with the Commission to update the ITSAP credit pursuant to Senate Bill 1013 and as discussed
in Commission Order No.32787.In this filing,Potlatch reduces the monthly ITSAP credit from
$3.50 to $2.50 and requests an effective date of July 1,2013 to comply with the state legislation.

date of July 1,2013.
