Dear Ms. Hall,
I am requesting that Jilapuhn Inc. d/b/a Stateside Communications application for Competitive
Local Exchange Carrier (CLEe) Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN), filed April 9, 2010,
be withdrawn.
Stateside Communications is a non-regulated service provider of Voice over Internet Protocol
(VoIP), and wireless services. We wil be offering those services to Idaho businesses and residents, but
have been advised that a CPCN certificate is not necessary to offer our services, in Idaho. We will abide
by the Commissioners rules in all services we offer.
