In January 2010,the Commission issued Order No.30995 granting Mitel
NetSolutions,Inc.a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local exchange
telecommunications services in Idaho.In November 2010,Certificate No.499 was issued to
Mitel.
On March 20,2015,Mite!notified the Commission that it had changed the name
under which it does business from Mitel NetSolutions,Inc.to Mitel Cloud Services,Inc.Mitel
provided an Idaho Certificate of Authority from the Idaho Secretary of State’s office.
Based on its review of the Application,the Commission finds it appropriate to amend
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.499 to reflect the change from Mitel
NetSolutions,Inc.to Mite!Cloud Services,Inc.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
No.499 is amended to reflect the name change from Mitel NetSolutions,Inc.to Mitel Cloud
Services,Inc.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order in Case No.ITN-T-09-0 1.Within seven (7)days after any person
has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See
Idaho Code §6 1-626 and 62-619.
