BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On February 28, 2020, West Safety Communications, Inc. filed a request to change its
company name on Certificate No. 388 that was issued in Case No. GNR-T-01-05. The new
company name will be Intrado Safety Communications, Inc. and was approved by the Secretary
of State on December 2, 2019. The Company also included its Local Telecommunications
Services tariff.
The Commission still has the company listed as Intrado Communications, Inc. and that is
the current name on Certificate No. 388. The company filed a request to change its company
name on Certificate No. 388 on February 25, 2016 which the Commission doesn’t have record of
receiving.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the Company’s changes and recommends approval. Does the
Commission agree?
