On July 18, 2001 , Intrado Communications, Inc. requested to amend Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 388 to reflect that SCC Communications Corporation has
changed its name to Intrado Communications, Inc.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity is issued to Intrado Communications, Inc., Certificate No. 388, to authorize
Intrado to provide basic local exchange services within the state of Idaho. The Commission
approved this name change to Certificate No. 388 by Order No. 28815 issued August 6, 2001 , in
Case No. GNR-01-
