On October 6 2010, Intellicall Operator Services, Inc. requested that its Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 351 issued by the Commission on December 4
1998, be withdrawn. Intellicall stated it currently is not providing telecommunications services in
Idaho. In its Decision Meeting on October 13 , 2010, the Commission approved the cancellation of
Certificate No. 351.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In April 1998 , Intellicall Operator Services, Inc. filed an Application with the
Commission requesting authority to provide telecommunications services within the State ofIdaho
and in December 1998, the Commission granted Intellicall's Application for a CPCN. Order No.
27787.
On October 6 2010, Intellicall notified the Commission that it is not currently providing
telecommunications services in Idaho and requested that its Certificate be withdrawn without
prejudice.No customers will be affected by the cancellation of Intellicall'Certificate.
Accordingly, Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No. 351 and remove the
Company s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Intellicall Operator Services, Inc.s Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No. 351 is cancelled. Certificate No. 351 is no longer in effect, and
Intellicall is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State ofldaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for

reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~~ 62-6l9
and 61-626.
